Our Team

The Dog Osteopath was formerly known as ‘Animal Wellness & Performance’. The clinic started with a collaboration between Dr. Montana Mays and Rachel Mahoney.

Montana and Rachel met by chance at a dog agility seminar in early 2018 and quickly realised they shared a passion for developing a dog rehabilitation clinic in the Southern Highlands, NSW. Having both worked in the industry, they were keen to develop a clinic that provided comprehensive dog rehabilitation following injury, as well as maintaining good musculoskeletal health in ALL of our pets.

The combination of Montana’s veterinary background and Rachel’s human osteopathy background creates a very unique clinic that covers all aspects of animal rehabilitation and wellness.

After a little over two years, Dr. Montana Mays relocated to Queensland with her partner. Rachel continues the clinic as The Dog Osteopath.

Dr. Brooke Davis joins us as our equine osteopath.
